Cancellation policy

Subscriptions and recurring purchase options may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled order is processed. To cancel, please contact us at wearehere@plantitude.co.ke or call +254 798 513 549 at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery or order date.

Cancellations requested after an order has been processed and dispatched cannot be accepted for that cycle. In such cases, our standard refund and returns policy applies.

To modify the frequency, quantity, or items in a recurring order, please contact us directly and we will update your order before the next processing date.
