Plants are living things and that changes everything about how we handle returns.
Unlike a pair of shoes or a household item, a plant that is stressed, underwatered, or left unattended for even a day can deteriorate rapidly. This is why our returns process is built around speed and care, not bureaucracy. We are not trying to make returns difficult , we are trying to make sure your plant survives.
Our Returns Window
We have a 1-day returns policy. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us on the same day of delivery.
This isn't a technicality, it's biology. A plant that arrives stressed needs immediate attention. The sooner you tell us, the sooner we can help, and the better the chance of a good outcome for your plant.
Before and After Delivery
Every plant that leaves Plantitude has been inspected by our team before dispatch and again at delivery. We take this seriously because we grow and care for these plants ourselves, we want them to thrive in your space, not just arrive at your door.
If anything slips through our inspection process, please tell us immediately.
When Your Plants Arrive
The moment your plants arrive, give them water and begin following the care instructions provided. Do not wait. Plants experience stress during transit and need to settle into their new environment as quickly as possible. Immediate care also supports any returns assessment if needed, a plant that has been cared for looks very different from one that hasn't.

Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready. Once we've reviewed your request we'll guide you through the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your plant is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer cash refunds. If your return is accepted, we will offer you an exchange or store credit to use on a future purchase.
We genuinely want every Plantitude plant to thrive in your home or garden. If something has gone wrong, talk to us, we will always do our best to find a solution together.
