We also use it to communicate with you and screen orders for potential fraud. Source of collection: collected from you. Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with Shopify and Paystack for payment processing, and our delivery partners for fulfilment. Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information processed securely via Paystack, email address, and phone number.
Customer support information Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and resolve any issues with your order. Source of collection: collected from you when you contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Disclosure for a business purpose: retained internally only. Personal Information collected: your name, contact details, and the details of your query or complaint.
Minors Our Site is open to all ages, however we encourage parents and guardians to guide younger users when making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental involvement.
